There are a number of Ontario Real Estate Association forms that all Ontario REALTORS® must complete to list on MLS and to maintain their license in good standing. Some of these forms are:
• Listing Agreement: Authority to Offer for Sale
• Working with a REALTOR®: The Agency Relationship
• MLS® Data Information Form
• Client Identification Form
I will explain all of these forms, answer any questions, and explore our mutual commitments that will result in a successful sale.
Before and after the sale you may need other professional services: law, finance, trades and so on. I can recommend referrals. They are totally independent of me and I always check that they continue to provide exemplary service.
The Process of Selling
Once you have chosen me as your REALTOR® I will commence as if I am selling my own home. I will ensure that I understand your timing, constraints, financial situation, future plans, and what assistance can make the biggest difference for you.
